Kangaroo Country

Kangaroo Country

Hello everybody! What's up? I've just reached home after a tremendous trip to Australia! I was there for 3 weeks and I have mainly visited 4 different places: I started with Melbourne, secondly I went to Canberra the capital city of Australia, then I traveled to Sydney, and finally I went to the Gold Coast in Brisbane.
My trip started from Paris, where I took a plane that send me directly to Melbourne. The flight was very very long but it was worth it.

When I arrived in Melbourne, the climate was very different than the French one and it surprised me a bit... but it was also grateful even if at the beginning it wasn't really usual for me to support such temperatures. However my capacity to support the heat isn't the subject of this post! So, in Melbourne, I visited the Stadium where  the tennis Australian Open takes place every year. And it was absolutely awesome! Just imagine that all the best tennis players have been here once! But the city was also beautiful.
My second step was to Canberra, and before traveling to Australia I hadn't heard much about this city… So it was really surprising for me to discover the capital city of this country!
Then I went to Sydney. And it was certainly my favorite city of those I’ve visited. What a wonderful city! So beautiful and so interesting for me! I’ve always dreamt to visit the Opera of Sydney which is known all over the world.
Finally I went to Brisbane, on the gold coast. And it was so exciting to surf there! With this amazing spirit of Australians!
So, during my trip I’ve done lots of things like eating a lot (of course!), meeting people, surfing, rowing (naturally too) and many others.

To conclude, I’d say that it obviously was the most exciting trip I’ve ever done! My only regret is that I have not seen kangaroos in real life!
